Katie Foulkes had to harness resilience as a member of Australia's Olympic rowing team in 2004. Now a leadership coach who researches what builds resilience, she's found it's about more than just digging deep within yourself. It also requires casting wide outside yourself -- calling on the resources around you to help you survive your crucible and thrive beyond it.
